23×152 mm Arsenal Air Defense System ADS-N (for Naval Forces) NSN: 1005-50-000-7416

ADS-N is a powerful weapons system mounted to boats/ships/watercraft, intended for destruction of air targets within the range of 2500 m at height 1500 m, light armored sea targets and shore firing points within the range of 2000 m, well as for destruction of enemy light armor vehicles, manpower/troops in the open or behind light concealment. 

ADS-N Performance:

• The weapon is used for destruction of air, light armored ground/sea targets, firing points, as well as for destruction of enemy manpower at open or behind the light concealment;
• Possess high tactical characteristics necessary for fighting against targets of opportunity and high speed targets;
• Equipped with Anti-Aircraft Automatic Sight ZAP-23 and Optical Ground Sight T-3;
• Weapon feeding is performed by 50 round metal linked belt placed in a metal ammunition box.
• The System uses 23×152 mm HEI-T, HEI, API-T and FAPDS-T rounds.
• Attachment of ADS-N to the deck is performed by 16 sets of bolts, nuts, thickening washers and spring washers, as the length of the bolts is according to the thickness of the deck.
• Near the ADS-N System, at place suitable for gunner operation and not disturbing the System functioning, 2 pcs of cabinets for keeping the ammunition boxes (for left and right hand feeding) and bath for Barrel cooling are mounted.
• Crew fired weapons system – 5 persons.
